For more than 25 years, North County locals have been dining at Vulcano's. Entire families grew up going there. And when Chef Roland bought the legendary restaurant from Chef Tony in 2024, it only got better.
If it's been a while since your last visit, you'll notice that the dining room has been upgraded. It's brighter and more modern, but still has that old school charm - and white linen tablecloths. They updated the menu too but kept the heart of what matters most: delicious, authentic Italian food made with love. And the service? Friendly, professional, superb.
Open for lunch and dinner, Signature Starters include fresh Bruschetta, Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms, Meatballs w/ mozzarella in marinara and topped with a dollop of ricotta cheese, and a surprise - their "to-die-for" French Onion Soup! Entrees include Eggplant Rollatini, Chicken Francese, Veal Piccata, Housemade Lasagna, Zuppa di Pesce, Tortellini ala Panna, even Lobster or Cheese Ravioli.
